Mad Minute Maker

Oh my goodness! It has been so long since I posted! The AOSA conference in St. Louis was fabulous and I finally caught up on all of my work last week from being away!

I like giving my students Mad Minute note naming sheets for a quick look at how they are doing with treble clef notation. I came across this website today to make your own Mad Minutes quickly and easily online. Click here to try it out: Second Runner Up.

Check out my first Mad Minute using the site!

Let me know what you think!

  1. I love this idea! I remember doing this with multiplication tables in elementary school. The kids probably get competitive and love seeing how many they can complete in a minute. I'm definitely going to try this out with my kids. Thanks for the post.

  3. This is awesome! I used to make these by cutting and taping individual tiny pieces of paper! This is so much better! Do you know if there is one for the Bass Clef?

  6. Is there an option for selecting Middle C to G on the second line?

    1. Yes, when creating your mad minute, you type in from what note to what note you want to include. You would type in C4 to G4.
